Arizona has the dubious distinction of being the dumbest state in the Union, according to an independent research and publishing company in Kansas.

Okay, but that's coming from a group in Kansas? The Kansas school board was the first to embrace intelligent design, and spawned the Flying Spaghetti Monster. I don't think anyone in Kansas gets to call anyone else "dumb."
